The NABFEME Rocks represent a coalition of male supporters who have helped the organization empower others and build pathways to success. As you explore the NABFEME website and browse through our events, programs, and services, you may notice that men are also involved. However, some sisters may have mixed reactions towards including men in our efforts. While some embrace the male presence as an integral part of our success, others view men as a group that cannot understand women's issues. Despite this, the NABFEME Brotherhood has been and continues to be a source of support and an effective part of our professional growth.

Many male entertainment executives and leaders from other fields are showing their support for the mission and programs executed by NABFEME. They are joining in because they recognize that they are a part of the existing patriarchy while also being a part of the solution. With our powerful, venturesome men who are there to support and inspire women of power... NABFEME rocks!!
